This year I copied a recipe that John Livoti made for us.
Used my backbacking stove, and a 8 inch frying pan.
Pre-brown Jimmy Dean's "hot" breakfast sausage with a chopped up onion. Drain and bag.
Other ingredients: Tortillas, mexican or taco flavored shreaded cheese, eggs.
Re-heat sausage/onion and 2 eggs scrammbled into the pan. Cover pan with 2 tortilla... they keep the heat in, and get steamed while the eggs/sausage cook.
When eggs are done, sprinkle with cheese. Divide into half, roll into the 2 warmed tortilla. The guys expected these everyday! Thanks John for the lesson.
