I remember reading a post that you made a year or so ago about sharpening the edge where the transom meets the hull by adding (back) epoxy, etc. I was having a big problem with water running up the transom and into the engine well. I added some sharp small wedges and I kept them sharp, I did not round them.

The porpoising stopped and the rooster tailing is gone. Thanks.

BTW: had 1,000 lbs of people in the boat the other day and the boat planed - now that's cool.

Great tip ,checked mine and the transom is sharp no porpoising there gald you had a good time up north , i will catch more stripers for you guys in RI while you relax. I still got it " it all about Andrew " .

It's amazing what a little bit of rounding on trailing edges can do to create problems. Glad the epoxy built-up squared edges fixed your situation. Thanks for the report.
