I bought one off a member of this forum... The only thing that might be better is a jet pack. Really good boat for setting up in little cover. Good for getting into hard to access spots. Only thing I didn't like about it was selling it. :)

Well, its sorted itself out with just a few days to the opener :) One fellow decided that 4 is too much so he opted to hunt the blind back from us. My guess is at some point he'll get tired of watching us shoot (at) ducks all morning and will try to make the walk out to the "mud blind"...

I used a poke boat for a season in the sticky mucky okahoma wma's. That thing only weight about 35 pounds. and so I could really go anywhere with a dozen decoys and a gun. Couldnt' take much more than that though. Now I use a 16 foot mad river canoe when I go with a friend and it carries...

Thats great! I love taking my dog out for ducks. His first time on ducks made me really proud with 6 ducks retrieved, and one goose inspected and sort of like "You want ME to pick that up?" haha...

I would predict it could infect wild birds... Reinfecting people should not be a major risk as long as you don't kill cripples by biting their heads. Or eat them raw, or cut yourself while cleaning them etc. When its flu season, I try to avoid biting my nails and stuff like that.

I did mine by using a thermostatic switch controlling a slow cooker. Cost me 20$ to do the whole setup.
