Ghost Blind been around for years. Go to youtube, there are videos of how to make them with reflective film. Better on cloudy days as the sun will make them shine bad.

Also notice most of the pic's in that ad are cloudy/low light, no shadows.

This looks to be a different technology than GhostBlind which uses mylar and plexiglass panels. Ghostblind reflects the scene in front of the panels while this new technology reflects the scene from off angle behind the panel. Kind of wild looking.
