Hi, I am Doug Mitchell and I am addicted to ducks. I mainly hunt the salt marshes on eastern van Isl, but make a trip to the interior for ducks and upland every year. My buddies think I'm crazy because I would rather shoot ducks than big game.I have some permanent shore blinds and also hunt from a sneak box or boat blind. There is not much gunning pressure the places I hunt. but it takes awhile to learn where the birds will be on certain tides and winds. I am an avid caller and raise labs. I am interested in building a barnegat bay sneakbox or a devlin mallard any feed back on these two boats would be great drop me a line.
