I've been hunting waterfowl since 1968. I live and do
most of my hunting in Connecticut. I do manage to get
in a few out of state trips each year. I'm also into
Dog training (Labrador Retrievers). I currently have 2
big black male labs (my 4th & 5th) Rascal is 4 1/2 yrs
old and the father of Sammy my 2 1/2 yr old. When hunting
season is closed I spend most of my free time training
and running my dogs in AKC hunt tests. Rascal qualified
at this years Master National. And Sammy currently has
2 legs on his Master title. I also carve my own decoys.
I have two duck boats, a 14ft TDB and a old sneak boat
that I've restored and fiberglassed. I'm 53 years old
with, according to my wife an 18 year old mentality. I
have 2 married children, 2 grand children and a third
on the way. This year in addition to Ct. I hunted in
Manitoba, New York, & Maine. I'm always looking for new
people to hunt with, I find that most hunters make for
interresting friends.
