I am originally from New Orleans, La. but now live in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I started hunting ducks two years ago and think that there is no other hobby/sport in this world worth more effort.
I helped a friend build a pirogue when I was a kid, outside of that I am a compleate novice. I do plan to build a duck skiff/marsh boat losely based on pirogue/flat bottom canoe/kayak.
I hunt every weekend of the season and wish I could hunt more. I want to build my boat and then am looking at making some of my own decoys.
