Located in Central PA, Susquehanna River. Have small one at a time decoy carving business, Russell Decoys. Love to hunt the Chesapeake Bay. Have yellow lab named Oats. Have spent 2 and 1/2 yrs, training her, hand signals, hunt tests, whistle commands, (firstdog). Gunning style birds my favorite.
