My name is Rick and live in the North Central Part of Kansas in a small town called Simpson. We (my wife Cyndee and I ) love to hunt and fish. We live in the best area of Kansas for those activities. Most people think of Kansas as wide open plains and wheat fields. NCK is hilly range land, wooded creeks, farm fields of wheat and feed grain cropland. We have lots of watershed ponds and several good size lakes in the area.
We bought a Osage Duck Canoe in Sept. of 2001 and picked it up at the factory in Lebanon MO. We purchase it through a dealer near Buffalo NY.
We have an English Springer Spaniel and he is our all round bird dog. We hunt ducks, geese, deer, turkey and upland game birds. We also fish for anything that swims. We also travel the Western USA in our Suncrest RV . We would like to hear from any other couples who fish and hunt together. Keep the sun at your back and the breeze in your face.
