    NDR: Table pour

Anyone done a pour over table top? I have seen plenty of videos of the thick slabs with the cracks and voids filled in, but I am not thinking anything that thick. I have an idea for a hexagonal table, with the center made into a Catan game board base, being an island, making the game hexagonal...

Question for the brain trust, about cordless lawnmowers

Just peeking out... Growing up my neighbor had one of them cordless mowers...needless to say he paid me to mow, with my dad's gas mower Seriously though, we have contemplated the cordless electric mower. Quite a few neighbors have them, and are happy with them, but they have said theirs bog...

    Sub $1K kit trailers...

So you want someone to say "go for it Tod, those cheap kits are a great value and you will not be disappointed"? I know you are fussy enough that I am not falling for that.

    Sub $1K kit trailers...

I have a single place snowmobile trailer...5x8 bed, I built sides to use as a utility trailer and added tie downs, can pop front and back gates off, hang long lumber, siding, even picked up a crate of 14' metal roofing last summer. Bought it used for less than $500 and more than got my money...

    Books on Duck Calls

I have this on on the shelf, not on your list but the author is. I stumbled onto it at Bargain Books for less than 10 buck, maybe less than 5, probably 15 years ago. Can't say it is the best book out there on the subject, but well worth what I paid.

    Canvas Decoys. Scoter and Brant

maybe you already found it but there are a bunch of pick of my methods (and madness) here https://duckboats.net/community/threads/canvas-decoy-covering-very-picture-heavy.96928/ I had a lot more but got PO'd at Photobucket and deleted my account, but reloaded this thread to Duckboats server.

Vince, just because you don't use a needle and thread does not disqualify you from 'The Brotherhood of Decoy Seamstresses'

    Canvas Decoys. Scoter and Brant

Very nice, classically styled canvas deeks! Vince has some great pointers, I will defer to him as he is a much more classic versed decoy seamstress than myself. If you want to forge ahead on the head(s) you already have started you could drill and dowel the bill for added strength, but as for...

    Canoe racks?

No problem Jeff, glad they are still being very helpful like they were for me. There is a vast amount of info on the WWW but sometimes you just need to talk it through human to human. Yakima stuff has always been pricey, but I have always found it to be high quality and adaptable. Best Chuck

    Canoe racks?

Jeff It appears Oak Orchard does sell a single pair of Q-towers. I suspect they spilt the pack of 4 as they are also trying to sell their back racks. Chuck
