I have been looking for Hevi Shot for a 2 3/4" 20 ga. shells, but it looks like the manufacturer only loads it in 3".

If anyone reloads in 2 3/4" I'd be happy to pay to try a few boxes, I'm taking my son and the neigbor kid on youth waterfowl day this year and loads like this would be perfect for them.

Tim, I have loaded hevi in 3" 20 ga and love it but for factory loads consider Bismuth. Ballistic Products may be a source for you. Where do you live?? hint hint- fill out the registration

Another option might be the Kent IMPACT Waterfowl loads. 20 ga. 2 3/4" 1 oz of #5 @ 1350 fps. $27.99/box of 10 in the new Macks catalog. OR I see in the same catalog that Winchester has a 2 3/4", 20 ga. steel load in their Super-X Drylok Super Steel at $135.90 per case.

IMHO, if they are able to shoot a 20 ga. at all they should also be able to shoot a 3" load.

I agree with Pete,unless the gun is only chambered for 23/4 then go with the Bizmuth,wherever you can find them.

That is the problem I'm trying to solve. I have two 20 ga. guns, one is a 3" the other is a 2 3/4"

Can anyone recomend a good 20 ga. 2 3/4" notox load for geese? The shooting should be pretty close
