Better for him to rip up and chew things outside.

He likes to pick up a stick on the way home and carry it the rest of the way.

On the way back a pair of Giants gave us a close flyby.

This one is the full uncropped photo taken with a 50mm lens. They were close. Made me wish I would have been better prepared and had a different lens.
Deuce was finally able to figure out where those honking sounds were coming from.

There is no doubt that Deuce is appreciated! What a pup. Excellent shots, Tim. That 50mm did its job and of course that burst mode makes everything so sweet. Heck, I enjoyed seeing that stubble field. It has been a while since I last saw one of them. I'm waiting for the day that Deuce comes onto that first scent of a pheasant. By the way, did he get his treat?
Al

Yep, he got his treat. A lot of times its just his normal food but he loves it. It's building that habit.

He's sleeping on my lap as I type this. With the way he is growing this might not be a good habit to start. :)

That is a great looking pup you've got there Tim. On the registration did you put brown with spots or spots with brown? I never know how to explain those dogs that are more than one color. : )

He says I can just put down "Cute" and that will cover it.

Thankfully the breeder took care of the color questions. I guess he is Liver and Roan. Heck if I wait a few more weeks he is just going to be dark brown and less dark brown. They change a lot as the grow.

Birds are starting to fear him. The news is getting around.

I can hardly wait for the day that Deuce is not on a leash and your birds are walking about looking for seeds. Hopefully he will have a soft mouth. He is a dandy, Tim.
