Sculling rig and oar hole hardware

Hi! I am new to this forum and am glad to be here. I hope someone can help me. I am interested in trying sculling for ducks. I have a boat I would like to convert to a part time scull boat. (See Pic - if it worked) I would like to find the parts I need to be able to plug the hole watertight when I am not using it. I also need an oar. Any suggestions on where I might find these?

Drill a 2 inch hole and use a 2 inch test plug from Lowes or Home Depot. Dont have a pic but it works like the compression plugs for your boat.

Right now we don't have any extra oars available but we do have the the hardware (oar hole & plug). Pics are on my other computer though. Email me and I can send you the info (pics and we have an installation video).

Lou Tisch has the best oar hole kit. It comes with a plug, and that's useful.

A good place for an oar is Shaw and Tenney. They have two oars now. I like the one with the drop blade -- it works really well in shallow water, but it's a little more expensive.
