    Brain Trust question....tankless water heaters

Yeah I plan on getting it tested to see it's mineral content. Sounds like your house is about the same as mine. 2 full baths, washing machine. Do not have a dishwasher yet as my 55 year old dishwasher is still working just fine. ;) But I may install one at some point anyways to give the old...

    Brain Trust question....tankless water heaters

I too have been contemplating a gas tankless to replace a gas tank. Mainly as others have said increase space. I have a 1000 ft basement and mine sits towards the left side of the area but in the middle next to the furnace. It would be great to not have a tank just to make the furnace area...

I don't know about this shotgun gizmo.

I have never seen this before but a quick search on YouTube showed there is video about it 10 years ago. So it has been around at least that long. I guess they do not sell many or there would be more videos, conversations, etc. about them. It does seem interesting to try out for just $20.

On The Topic of the Fourth Gen Tacoma....

I have been. 500 miles. I search cars.com, carguru, autotrader, and FB. But facebook has a lot of scam posts. what is weird with that is a lot of the scam ones have good vehicles with a price of $3,000. And it is all written in spanish. I guess they are not very good at scams.

On The Topic of the Fourth Gen Tacoma....

I have found that Toyota Trucks are very hard to come by in certain models and configurations. Plus their markup is unreal. Most are 3 - 5 grand more than retail. So you have to have the cash for the difference of what banks will loan based on retail value. Plus gap insurance. I have been...

The March 2, 2024 Long Island Decoy Collectors Show- Long Island, NY

Great Video, Anthony. It is nice to be able to see that event since I live 1100 miles away. Thanks for that. I would be really awesome if all those people who man the booths there were members and regular readers/posters on this forum. Seems based on the video and the displays that there are...

    Picture uploading tutorial

You can also just do copy/paste to add pictures. First I did a screenshot from my PC, then clicked copy, then just pasted it in this post. Then I opened a pic I had on my pc, copied it, and pasted. So this is the most simple option to get pics posted. RESULTS OF COPY/PASTE So after...

    Gunsmith Question

Can the owner take it out and shoot a few boxes of shells through it and then have you check to see if it loosened any? Maybe some jarring during shooting my loosen it up some. Or possibly over time the penetrating oil that is still in there might do it's thing. I have heard from some...

Need to start over - recommendations sought

Mark, I have been thinking the same thing as you over the past several years. I want a single boat to hunt marshes, shallow gravel, sand, and mud rivers, and larger bodies of water by myself or with a partner. Here is my take: BOAT 1448 jon boat is a good small, stable aluminum boat. Most...

The New Project After The Other Project... 1984 Aeromarine Sneakboat

If only I lived close to you, Steve. I would offer my assistance free of charge in helping work on all the boat projects you get. I love being able to work on small boats, especially duck boats. I myself just do not have all the proper tools or dedicated workshop to do such projects. Plus...
