4 Months in a Sneakbox - Bishop

I am just about done reading this book, and have thoroughly enjoyed it. However, I got the copy from my daughter as a present. Not sure where she purchased it, I think it was Amazon. The edition is text only, no illustrations or maps. It does reference in the text where they should appear. Does anyone have a copy that is complete? I would like to find it hardbound and complete. Any leads appreciated.

I read it online. It was very interesting.
I would be interested to see where to get a hard bound copy as well.
Bishop had some other intersting adventures as well. I believe he hiked across South America in the mid 1800's.
