Jeff Reardon Well-known member Supporter Aug 18, 2017 #23 It's hard for me to believe any state is making much revenue off a "kickback" on a $30 course. It seems like there are at least a couple of ways to meet the requirement for less than the cost of tank of gas in a few hours.
