Bottom Paint for the season??

Hi:
I ususally keep my Devlin Snow Goose in the water all summer and into the duck season. This year it was out of the water for the summer and I will be putting her in at the begining of November. It has bottom paint from last summer still on the hull. Do I need to strip and repaint the bottom paint if the boat will be in the water from November-Feb? I thought growth slows down a lot during the colder water months.
Thanks
Stern

FYI: I keep mine in from late Oct and into March; didn't get much growth on it. Some tiny/baby barnacles, that wipe off real easy. Not worth the hassle/cost of bottom painting.
Plus, I like ablative paint....it slowly dissolves away, releasing fresh crustacean-killing paint. Would work well, even after a hauling.
