I have a Charles Boswell game engraved Best side lock 12 bore I would like to sell. Price $5000. The Best was Boswell's top grade. The gun has an extra set of barrels, both 30 inches and made of Whitworth steel. Whitworth steel was the highest grade of steel used and even some Purdey guns didn't use it. The gun is a pigeon gun and chambered for 2 3/4 inch loads, proofed for 1 1/4 oz. The full chokes have been opened up to cylinder/cylinder and cylinder/modified. Steel could be shot in either barrels without problems. The gun has a modern case.
