anyone use a,like collapsible trash/leaf bag for decoys in boat? wondering which ones are suitable and strong enough to hold up to the rigors of waterfowling.
i'm thinking of keeping a string line of a dozen or so decoys clipped together except for anchor ends, and stashing them in a bag of sorts.

any stupendous ideas are appreciated.

I use them for light wt decoys such as foamers. Price is pretty good at Home Depot. Quite durable, and nice to store ,collapsed, when empty. I think I put about 18 in each bag.

I keep the decoys on 3ft lines with clips and attach them
to the long lines as I deploy them; I think you'd have a lot of tangles if they were attached to the long lines in the beginning.

I keep 4 doz on long lines and leave them on in collapsible bags i use 2mm monofilament droppers and i have no issues with tangles been doing this for years

got email from dave clark. he makes a heavy canvas bag 24 inch diameter x 28 inch high. might try one. also, toro makes one that is said to hold 43 gallons. might try to get an eyeball on one of them too
