Good morning, William~
Yes - always a special day for my family. My Dad passed away on May 31 ten years ago now. In his later years he loved to hunt Wood Ducks here on our Hemlock Swamp.

He served as a Marine in both WW II and the Korean War and lived 86 full years. As I approached his spot, 3 Wood Ducks peeled in over the Maples and landed in the heavy cover. A fine salute, indeed!
