question on adhesive-resin/hardener 610

Any one use this 610 from West Marine and if so what were your results?

Jim, I haven't used it, but from what I've read/heard it is supposed to be the cat's pajamas.

For anyone who doesn't know, it is a thickened epoxy that comes in tubes for the caulk gun.

I purchased a tube and will give it a try. I have to replace a torn oar lock on my duck boat for the second time. First time I used Bondo and it evidently was a mistake. Keep your fingers crossed.

I believe it is thinner than bondo. You may need to make a tape or saran wrap cradle to hold the material in place until it cures.
