It’s great to be live on the new site. Thanks Eric for all the hard work you’ve done to keep us up and running.

I thought I’d share something a little bit not Duck related. I killed this buck back during our muzzleloader season 10 days ago. I do all the processing myself and although it can be a lot of work, the final yield was 44 pounds of delicious hot Italian sausage.

This will get us through about six months of spaghetti dinners.

Dave...showing food IS sharing....like this....I am sharing with you this picture of deliciousness on a plate because it is worth sharing. Like roll in it deliciously good. And I want y'all to know it. I could have just said that I had some bacon wrapped green beans that were outstanding. Share a picture of those bacon wrapped green beans and that really ups the drool factor. Then comes maybe the I want the recipe...which if someone decides to pass on the recipe...that is sharing too.
