Thanks J. Our area requires hunting from a DNR regulated blind site. It's an Open draw and one guy throwing a name in a hat with 1500 other guys hoping for one of the150 blind sights well the odds of winning the lottery is about the same. Open hunting areas are limited so finding a spot worth hunting is challenging.
