Good morning, Eric~

Interesting vessel! It is pretty beamy - much like the "melonseeds" (aka pumpkinseeds).



The sections - U-shaped bottom and crowned deck - are consistent with every Scooter I have seen. Now I am wondering when the fantail was developed....although I know such were built by Hallock in Center Moriches and Dodge & Krowl in Islip in the 1920s-1930s.
