I think it's a Melges out of Zenda Wi. They usually had wells for spud poles so that omission leaves me at about 95 percent sure

I had one at one time. I posted the specs on here a long time ago. I felt it was a one man boat plus dog and a couple dozen decoys. Nice and lightweight. I also had a couple sportboats and i rate them about the same.

I would focus on identifying the oar locks. That may lead you somewhere. Ive seen those before somewhere, just cant place it. I dont think those were germain to BBSB. Im thinking some sort of rowing skiff.
