    You guys blow me away. My bench consists of repainting/ touching up my plastic Decoys. They are not works of art by any means but I use the limited talent to my best ability 😉

    I want to repaint a Mallard MoJo to a Can I have what I need for body and head paint color wise My question is should I repaint the wings black on one side white on the other, or a light grey under wing and black with white edges on the top? Thanks

    There is probably 25 lbs give or take. I had to add extensions on to the straps to get them tight but it still rolls up pretty well. Much easier to deploy and roll up with two persons but I can do it alone as well.

    I had a lot of questions on how the blind trailered so adding a picture of it fastened down. Also a couple of the cockpit, the second picture you can see a conduit rail I attached to the upper Decoy shelf.     The blind will break down and roll, I have straps to keep it in place along the sides. I have had a couple of others question how it trailers as well. I will get some pics of it stowed to show how that works. Bob

    Welcome to the site. I haven?t been around long but this is by far the most inviting and knowledgeable group I have encountered on the web. I hunt with plastic Decoys too, maybe upgrade some day after seeing the works of art made by members on here. Bob

    The top is hinged at the back so it can flip over Blind is made of heavy aluminum tubing covered with Cordura. It can break down and roll up along the sides for travel.

    I re-did my Duck Wrangler grass, it still needs a little more filling in especially the transom. Any thoughts or suggestions? First pick was two years ago compared to now in the second. Not quite apples to apples but I think should be an improvement!

    Anyone have out of state plans for next season?

    I saw this question on another forum I will meet my son on the Mississippi in November and have a trip to Nebraska for some December Greenheads. Would like to do a flooded timber hunt at some time and sea ducks are on the bucket list.

    Dave Nice ?eyes! We used to kill walleye and lake trout on a wobble jig like you made! Bought them from an old codger that owned a little bait shop in Canada. I haven?t been able to find them anywhere else. Nice job.

    I am using 6 oz biaxial to lay up over the supports. How many layers would the experts suggest? After I am done with the new supports I am going to do a final sanding over the entire surface and paint. Thanks again for the great help and advice.

    I?m confused and unhappy

    I like it, kind of reminds me of the Victory at Sea documentaries where they would camo up the Cruisers to break up the out line for anti submarine tactics. Should work for ducks too !!
