I guess you could call it plastic, its just like a pom-pom. It is light does not get water logged and looks the same wet or dry.

Hey Mike, Thanks again for the help this morning. it never really picked up after you left, we did have a group of 3 come in late but that was it. We took a litttle drive father back and found a good spot, all the birds were going down back there and i can see why, might give that a try next week.
