    Treated plywood as flooring material

    As far as I know treated plywood can and will corrode aluminum. There are different methods of treating lumber now and some may be safe, but like I said I understand that it will corrode aluminum.

    Retirement Location search - Carolina's

    I would look at hampton, colleton, or beaufort county sc. You would have have excellant deer hunting and the best duck hunting our state can offer. Not exactly close to myrtle beach but I think that is a plus.

    New prop, still problems.

    I have never had good luck with 4 blade props on smaller hp motors. Every 25 I have ever owned always seemed to run best with a 12 pitch stainless prop when carrying a typical hunting load. You can get away with a 13 pitch running empty or in a light boat but most 25's just can't turn that much...
