on Brant!
Had a good day this weekend - got a double on Brant. This was like a hole-in-one for me.
There were a lot of Brant out on the marshes, but the season is closed now until Thanksgiving.
Hope they are still there!
Saw a lot of Buffys and a few golden eyes.

Is that an Express Jon hiding underneath those brant? Looks like a nice set up.
 
Thanks,. The boat is actually a G3 1548. I built the scissor blind and then added the fast grass and traveling lights. Works good enough to fool Brant anyways...
I held my fire and let them fly by the spread at about 60 yards, and by god they came back around.
 
Don't werry they will be there. Please tell me how you are eating them! they are a little rough even for me and I eat mergansers.
 
Do you have any pictures of the blind frame? How many fast grass panels did it take to cover it?

Hi Michael,
I usually smoke the breasts and make jerky out of them. I cook them up in the crock pot too, with soy sauce, brown sugar, onions and ginger, but that's not quite enough to make a great meal...
