These are a few Mergansers I made this fall to be used with Keith next winter back East. I know its going to be a "photo hunt, which is fine with me. The rig will continue to grow as the long summer evenings here in Washington start. I'll also do some Seabirds. These are hollow Red CedarView attachment IMG_3044.JPG and oils.

Freight is expensive. You can store them at my place after you visit Connecticut.........

I can't wait Tom......that high head drake is mine!!!! In fact, I don't know about that Jim, I think he should probably leave them with me....you never know when you just have to go shoot a few more pictures!!!

That may be the way to go.... at least they would get used. My friends out here can't figure me out when they see me make Seabirds and Mergansers.... They hate Comorants so much I can NEVER show them one ...something about the Salmon hatch....lol.... I'll post some Cormorants if you don't tell my fishing friends...

show me...no danger in me telling your firends...they don't like me and avoid talking with me at all costs.....well except to yell epitaths across the boat ramp....

I'm not a merganser fan but those are sweet indeed.....

Steve, I'll resize a Cormorant and a couple of other strange ones..... Did you find any of those old Mt. Vernon pics?

Those are beautful, Tom. Do you see that many mergansers out in your area? I see a couple a year in this part of the US.

Cool Redbreasteds, can't wait to see what kind of photos you guys come up with. Lots of Redbreasteds over along the coast I take it?

Great looking Stickbills, Tom. You need one in the rig, riding the upside down bicycle, since that one dead bird, feet in the air, seems to pull all other incoming mergs.
