Great time hope everyone had a blast before the rain. It was a pleasure meeting with new and old faces.
Looking to expand into another event like this In August at some point.

On my calendar, Maria and I are planning on it. Not sure what decoys and equipment to swap yet, but there will be something in the truck for sure. Not much new boat wise....maybe I'll bring the refurbished Higbee pondbox to show off? And or sail the BBSB again? Kalash 1man?

John if timing is right count me in for a Predator or 2, and a few other boats as well. Let me know what layout boats you will have available and what you may need.

I've got some choices.... I assume I could bring Rufus' Kalash that we restored, or my Burdick Scull, Sam Hunt BBSB, Higbee pondbox redone.... or the new Dodge and Krowl Whaleback! I am anxious to get that in the water to see how she lies at anchor! I need to spend some time on fitting the Whaleback on her trailer before she leaves the yard, though should be enough time for that before May 21st!

I'm looking forward to it! I'll bring my tender/layout rig and enough of my diver rig to demonstrate how I do things.
I will have a couple dozen plastics to barter with as well. My son, Luke, has been making pot buoy decoys and will probably bring a few to trade as well. If anyone needs youth waders please let me know. I know I have two pair that I could bring along free to anyone that can use them.
If Coot, my chessie who is turning one that weekend, is on his best behavior I'll bring him along as well.

Mr "heading for RI" John O,

I hope you will start organizing these get togethers up here in New England. It's been a long time since we've had a DHBP event up here.

Scott, you're more than welcome to join us. Come down spend the weekend in AC do some gambling while you're around. . we could possibly do a thing up that way when I finally make the final turn from here, hoping in the next year or two.

Bump Getting closer. do we have an idea of who all is attending? What will you be bringing for Trades? What does. Anyone have for sale,?

I am going to be there, hopefully with my new blind finished. I may bring a few items to sell still have to determine if I can let them go.

So what boat should I bring? I can can probably bring Rufus' Kalash. I have been working on the trailer for my new Ice Scooter, which I am dying to float to see how she will go. I have the modified Higbee pondbox to show off, and always have the sailing BBSB as an option.

Anyone have any equipment or decoy needs? I would like some Gadwall. Will have a real mixed bag of stuff, some plastics, cork, and wood to sell/swap.

John, how is that welding project I saw you started a few weeks back?
