That would be the most exact description of a marines mentality I have ever seen. Yes, rutgers I am a devil dawg.

My baby girl (Sarah is 18 now) graduates from Parris Island on Feb 8th. Next Thursday through Friday is the Crucible for her.

It is funny you brought this up again right now, we are on the phone with our baby (Sean is now 22) calling on the satellite phone from Fallujah. We haven't heard from him in a couple of weeks. He says they are catching a lot of bad guys now that new ID methods are going on line. He really hates the wild dogs. They had a donkey filly that was attacked and had to be put down.

Sean say that the locals are allowed to have AK's and can get carry permits and favor Browning Hi Powers. They have figured out over there that if you disarm citizens only criminals will have guns. The IP's (Iraqi Police) favor Glocks and take the job of catching terrorists very seriously. Sean said he got a good look at a FN FAL that they confiscated and that now he must have one. He had better get it before November and he will not be able to take it to San Diego so I will have to keep it warm for him.

I'm sending him this picture.

Bob

LOOK CLOSELY AT THESE MARINE PICTURES, I DO NOT WANT TO EXPLAIN.

Robert,
My brother in law just finished up. He was stationed down at willow grove PA. Airframe specialist. I am going to send him a copy of those pics. I think all his birds were in gray but the camo on that one is sweet.(Would look good on a duck boat) Coolest day last summer.....they had to do a run up to the Canadian border in Maine, so he had the pilot punch in the numbers for the dock down the hill from our house. Well let me tell you, one of those things on the deck doing lazy s's up the river was about enough to stop your heart. We all jumped up and down yelling there go our boys!!!!!!! Rest of the town thought the president was coming back to see the cadets at the coast guard academy one more time.

Not a marine but I did 6 years in the U.S. Coast Guard working close with Marines, I think god made certain people to be Marines. Ya'll a crazy.... I love it.

Few things in life can't be overcome by brute force! Combat Engineer 90'-94'

Ahhh...BCE School at Courthouse Bay. Sweatin through cammies by the time we got into morning formation and staying that way all day. Explosions in the distance all day, and renting jon boats from MWR and cruising around drinking Miller highlife and swamping in the surf. The occasional trip to the Rock and Roll express in Jacksonville. Them were the days!
