Available boat blinds?

I've been looking high and low for a Beavertail 1800 series blind in Shadow grass camo, but nobody has them. I've also looked for the mud buddy quick flip and Shaggy Pro Hunter with no luck finding any. I have done a lot of research and from what I've read, I should steer clear of the Avery, Pop up, Pacific, and others.

If any of you have any recommendation for a blind for and 1860 mod V Triton with a side console, please let me know your opinions and recommendations.

Thanks,
John

John,
I just put a Mudbuddy Quickflip on my new Lowe 1860 and I'm very pleased. I looked at the Beavertail as well but in the end decided I wanted a blind that could keep the rain and snow off of me.

We used to have an Avery Quick-Set - it just did not work well for us. We now have a hard-sided blind made from aluminum and is a nice blind but has its limitations. I've hunted out of Jim's Mudbuddy bliind and like he alluded to: it's a pretty nice blind that lets you utilize your boat to its potential.

Thank you for the reply Jim. On your Mud Buddy Quick flip, what type of mounts did you get? Is your Lowe 1860 a side console? I have a 1860 side console Triton and am concerned that the rear mount might interfere with the bench seat... Also, where did you purchase the blind? Thanks for your help.

My opinion is build your own, its cheaper and just as versitile as any commercial model.

I dont have my images & diagrams with me but can post them Thursday or you can search the posts from the last few weeks.

John,
I don't have a side console. Not sure if the cross bar mounts that I have will interfere with the bench seat in your Triton. Go to mudbuddy.com and check out the options there. I ordered mine right from mudbuddy and they were great to work with.
