Avon CRRC 450 military inflatable

I may be looking to sell my Avon CRRC 450 Military inflatable for $3000. Thought I would offer it up here first. This is not an inflatable you can get at your local West Marine. It is the real deal. This boat has the high pressure inflation system, 22" diameter tubes that have never been patched or damaged and more D-rings than you will ever use. I have used it for a wide range of tasks and it has never let me down. I am thinking about selling it because I can not afford the nuclear sub to launch it from. All kidding aside, I have decided to up grade some of the boats in the fleet this year. The very successful CRRC 450 is used by leading Special Force units around the world.
CRRC 450 MK2 LIB - NATO No. 1940-99-056-3210 The CRRC 450 is an 8 to 10 person craft designed for fitting with a single standard shaft outboard. These rapid deployment craft are designed for military and commercial operations where ease and speed of assembly are essential. The compact size when packed facilitates stowage and easy launch from submarines, air dropping from fixed wing aircraft and helicopters, or deployment from small vehicles. The craft can be inflated in water or on land, and made ready for operation within two minutes by means of the high pressure inflation system.

John... you have way too many toys! lol

This is a pretty cool boat...
I have watched the 106th Air National Guard, Westhampton Beach, NY (The unit from the movie "The Perfect Storm") kick these boats out of the back of a C-130 over the ocean with a parachute attached during training exercises. A few seconds later a few Air Force PJ's (para-rescumen) parachute off the ramp and into the water. About a half an hour later they come through Shinnecock Inlet in the inflatable and proceed over to the Coast Guard Station to get picked up.
So, if you have any hard to reach hunting spots, own a C-130 and some parachutes.... this is the boat for you! All kidding aside, they are great boats or else the US Military wouldn't be using them. Anyone who picks this boat up is going to be really happy with it.

Chris - You sound like my wife....
As I tell her, each boat servers a special purpose.

Cory - These boats would be great up there or anywhere for that matter. They can be packed up to a manageable size where two guys can handle it with no problem.
