i just bought a 18 ft lund alaskan, the gentleman who had it before me put dual consoles in it with a windsheild that opens up in the middle so that you can walk through, would like to keep the windshild, I think it will be good in cold weather, but wanna put a blind on this boat, just wondering if anybody had any blind ideas for this type of boat. any info is much appreciated guys.

Jay,

What type of blind? Simple seaduck or serious pop up overhead Mallard hunting blind? I made a simple blind for my 20-ft Lund and have a picture or two of the blind Bill Wasson had on his 20-ft. I shot eider out of his and scoter and broadies out of mine.

Thanks Again

I'm currently planning a boat blind for my work skiff, 19' Carolina Skiff, It will be on the style of Cabela's Northern Flight, and Mudbuddies Shaggy blind. I have most of the material ready and will be good to go next year. It's not a classic scooter on a Black Duck meadow, but I can't get 3 guys in the scooter. lol.

If anyone has any experiance or tips on these type boat blinds, speak now before I cut anything. :)
