I'm taking a ride down the west side of the blue ridge mountains from pa to tn then back up the east side through nc. Anything ducky I should check out?

will you be traveling the blue ridge parkway on your northbound trip? may i recommend Clingman's dome,...Mt. Mitchell,...Grandfather Mtn,...I'm sorry i cannot relate them to ducks.

Although this is only a few hours from me, I've never visited it; but's its the "duckiest" thing I know of in the mountains.

If you stop by Rock'n Creek Cabin, I hope you will post a full report. I might need to pay it a visit sometime.

Nothing "ducky" about Grandfather Mountain but very very well worth the time to go there. FYI when you go across the swinging bridge on top, don't jump up and down on it. Most folks can"t take it, and they are rude when they tell you to "CUT IT OUT!" Just sayin.
