Bluebill plans for BBIII plans swap

I've never used my BBIII plans and was hoping someone out there had Bluebill plans that were in the same shape/never used (want to keep the royalties correct).. sorta ordered but you changed your mind and want the BBIII? just a thought. really don't want to pay twice.
