Boat Cushions

Does any one know where you can buy the old style class IV kapok filled boat cushions in vinyl or canvas with piping on all the edges?

All that seems to be available are the two foam sheets with a loose fitting nylon slip sewn over. The quality of these looks like a middle school homec project.
