Boat question

I recently made a 19' mirrocraft into a diver boat. I wanted the boat to be a side console instead of a center console. I made my new console and placed it where I thought I would like it and everything was gravy till I put the boat in the water....The boat leans drastically to the side of the console. I know while hunting I will have decoys and gear to balance the weight but I would like to sit straight if there was only one person in the boat as well. I was thinking of adding a few sash weights to the opposite side. Any ideas?

Putting the gas tank on the opposite side may help. also the anchor. If it still leans get a bigger anchor or bigger gas tank. What ever you do remember when you are not in the boat it will lean the opposite way. Show some pictures of your conversion.
