Bump for Lee Harker

I have felt like the biggest dummy the past couple of weeks failing in getting my pics to post. Finally between Erik's tutorial and another website that turned me on to photobucket I've got it.

The first pic is my hunting buddy Neal, my dog Yoda and the Snow Goose we built a couple of years ago. Next is a shot of my old dog Cody hunting on his 12th birthday. His eyesight and hearing are failing him, but he still loves to hunt.

I know, and he still fits in the vest Oneil made for him when he was two. I wish I could still fit jeans I wore just ten years ago, I would laugh, or cry, if I tried on the size I wore when I graduated HS.

Nice looking boat, John. My dog is 13 y.o. She's worthless for fetching now unless the duck is upwind and not too far from the boat, in which case we could just let it drift in anyway. Still wants to go though, and will whine like crazy and then pout for days if I leave her behind.

I'm bumping this post so lee Harker can see a photo of my buddy's Snow Goose. I seem to have forgotten how to post pictures.

OK, I remember that post with the distinguished old dogs. I was thinking you said you added a cabin on the front end??? Thanks for bringing it back up..my old dog has white glasses too.

Hi Lee,

We did build the Devlin cabin, but we built it so it is removable. I'll take a picture of it when I can. We set the cabin on the boat and motored around with it, to try it out. It's a bit cramped but would be welcome in stormy weather fishing on the lake or something. We actually planned to use it on a deer/elk hunting expedition on Fort Peck Reservour, where we would ferry our camping equipment to some out of the way hunting site. It's just easier to load the boat without the cabin on. Right now it is stored over at my friends shop.

John
