What's the best tool/method to cut Cabelas Marsh Grass panels?

Scissors,it cuts easy

I was thinking tin snips but scissors would be way easier to work with.

It probably goes without saying but make sure to cut from the back and only cut the between the knots. This prevents you from snipping off your cover and/or dissasembling the knots.
