Can Anyone Identify These?

My Brother bought them for $20 on a whim- was told they are ‘goose hunting field blinds’. I happened across two photos on the Internet that appear to show them in use in New Brunswick, Canada. Anyone familiar with them?

Good morning, All,

I have one in the yard that I brought with me to New Mexico from New Jersey in 1981. We used them in NJ as a pond box on the saltmarsh and grassed them in and hunted Black Ducks. Also, towed them behind the BBSB getting out to where we were going to hunt. All fiber glass with (2) stake out poles to keep them stable.

I have seen a couple of these what are used & call lay out or coffin boats that were purchased in Washington state years back. These guys use them laying out in open water around islands for duck hunting. They say they work pretty well as long as they continue moving them which makes sense. Birds are more intelligent than many give them credit for. LOL
I sure enjoy this site Gives us older folks a place to look and chat with fellow duck/goose hunters. Thanks guys have a save and good Hunt. MikeE
