I just got that photo in an e-mail also. I think that might be the perfect place to do a little "road hunting". You probably need to be quick about it so as no to get pinched by the [font=Verdana,Arial,Helvetica]authorities[/font].

occasionally they try to fly. I have seen them sitting on the airport runnway at banff sitting in the sun the airplanes have to buzz the runnway. although that was 12 years ago.
I used to dry hwy 93/95 from west of banff through radium to sandpoint, id. found my self driving through many a elk herd, at night either eating along the hwy or lickin salt of the road. very unnerving a 75 mph at 2 in the morning
