I just got a new barnegate sneakbox and want to build my own blind. Does anyone know where i can get some marine grade canvas material that is camo?

I looked at some canvas earlier this year. I found several vendors of sunbrella fabric. After all of the searching ebay was the best deal .

about 5 -6 yds for the amount of fabric I needed. You can also get the snaps and hardware. this link is for an open auction that ends in less than 5 hrs.

Lion Country Supply (lcsupply.com) sells a retriever blind in wetlands camo that's 4x9 with waterproof backing. it's actually a "holding blind" for hunt tests, but they will sell you the material without the stakes. It will have slots sown into it for 4 poles that may come in handy in designing your blind. can't remember the price.
Also, custom decoy bags by dianne makes spray shields for BBSB which you may find useful.

I used Cordura 1000 for my dodger and other fabric accessories. Snyder Creek mentioned previously is a good source, and the last batch I bought from:

what is cordura? is it a canvas material or is it one of the polly-synthetic materials? I originally had in mind a marine canvas.

Cordura is a nylon material (with 1000D being the heavy "good stuff"). In addition to being rot resistant it is supposed to much more durable than canvas. Not traditional, but it works great.
