Duckboat Database

Some of you may remember the "duck boats spec" section. Trying to maintain those files was a nightmare so consider them frozen in time. They have been preserved and can be found in the Resources section.

The Media section has a category called Duckboats Database. This is the new way we will house duckboat information for people researching a boat, often an older boat no longer in production, or simply looking at various boats made over the years for enjoyment. But I need your help to make it happen.

The Duckboat Database is set up so that we as a community can grow it into the best resource on the net for researching or simply looking at duck boats produced over the years and through today's models. The task is quite simple and over time the information accumulated will serve a very useful purpose to the waterfowling community.

All we need to make it happen is for folks to upload your pictures and other media you have on any duckboat to the Duckboats Database. There are a few simple fields to fill out. After you submit it's there for everyone to utilize and share.

Please help me grow this section into something we all use and appreciate. I have kicked it off with a Devlin Cackler that recently showed up here for an example.

I'll give it a crack with my Duck Invader 13 when I have a chance. I'll snap some pics over the weekend.

Jay thank you. If everyone chips in we will have one amazing repository. By the way, other boats you and others have owned are welcome too.

Maybe you can help me with this. I went to upload some pics but they keep coming up upside down or sideways. Any quick fix to this?

After you upload and post you can go back and edit the image and there are tools to rotate it. Look for the three little blue dots next to the down arrow and click it.

Eric, I tried to edit my attached photo. I do not see a "down arrow". I then clicked the 3 dots next to the photo image icon thinking it was there but I still do not see a down arrow. I'm trying this an an Android phone. Is this perhaps a computer only function? I attached a photo of what I see when I clicked the 3 dots next to the photo image. Thanks.

I too will add photos and specs for the duck wrangler 15 when I can get all of the junk out of it!

I've yet to find a way to rotate photos on my mobile device without going to an outside app. There might be a way, but it is eluding me.

I think that will work for you. If not there is always using paint or some other graphic tool to flip an image before posting.
