Pull this out of Tod's post so all find it.

Just got home...you can see the first thing I do is click on DHBP. Welp,It turned out better, I hope, than expected. My biggest hope was for "Non Small cell lung cancer". The stuff that was found, couldn't be ID'd positively as any kind of lung cancer. It may be Melanoma, Mesothelioma(highly unlikely according to the dr and the pathologist),a regular muscle cancer?? or some wacked out nondescript puddle of lung cancer. She is leaning towards Melanoma as it is not attached to anything and is kind of like slime(?) My lungs are pink and healthy and look like I never smoked. We are sending the rest of the sample to pathology at MD Anderson in Houston for identification and I'll be flying out there in a week or so. Man, I'll tell ya...surgery on your lung really smarts! I'm not supposed to lift anything over 5lbs for 2 weeks or so and I have to do this breathing deal with a contraption to exercize my lungs. I am upbeat at this point in time as you guys prayed this thing into mush.Thank you each and every one, I'll keep you informed as it goes on.

Thanks for the update Lee. As you can see there are a lot of guys pullin' for ya. When you are feeling down, just do a google image search on hemroids and it might brighten your day.

Hope things go well,

Mike and Mac

Oh Man...........I can take deep breath again. This news is great but won't stop the prayers. Mush is great but it's not gone yet. We'll keep up our end so you can have the strength you need!!

All the best buddy,

Hang in there Lee.Sounds better than expected.Still sending prayers and thoughts for a complete recovery.

Hang in there Lee. Hopefully it's the rhubarb pie you ate back in 1974. You are in our prayers!! Ken

Same as Dutch
Glad to hear the news was better than expected. Go easy on the five pounder!

Lee
That sounds good as a first step, now lets take care of the mush and get back to normal. Those of us that have had lung surgery know that it's more than a "smart" so hang in there and do what they say. You have all our support and prayers.

I've been thinking about you often Lee. Thanks for the update and I'm glad you're back home. We'll continue to pull for you until this is all cleared up. Take it easy bud.

Hey ya old fart!

Glad to hear the news so far. Now the only thing you have to do is FOLLOW THE DOCTORS ORDERS!! If he says 5 lbs that means 5 lbs. If you get tired after a few hours at the lumber yard GO HOME AND REST, our prayers will keep the business going too.

Keep us updated and get well.

Lee, hope the pathology is good and your trip out to the hosp next week is also--will keep chatting to THE MAN for you, for sure.

hopefully everything else continues to go 'well'....definitely keep us posted

Dani
