Haven't posted in a while...busy time of year at work etc. Happy 4th!!!! Here's a hollow gadwall from a batch I just finished up (hadn't weighted or put the anchor strap on for this pic yet). Four or five more months and it'll be time to use 'em!

Let me know if you are definitely heading this way. Maybe we can go red drum or speckled trout fishing if its around September! Going to try and take my dinghy out tuna fishing on Friday...if the weather Gods cooperate. If you do get over here we'll have to have a whittlin' session too!

PG, I think that may work! Michele seems interested too. I think we''l make your place the end of the trip so we can bring the foodsaver and a big cooler and buy some dry ice for the way home. Like the bird, great shape...I like the fact that you didn't over emphasize the level of detail in the paint. Fine hunting block!
