Goin to NY

Well I am off to NY tomorrow and the forecast is looking a bit chilly for thursday night. A low of 31 with a slight breeze of 5. Kinda cold for this time of year. Going for three days of goosin along the St. Lawrence and some fishing in the afternoon for whatever bites the bait. It should be good but they are 3 weeks behind on corn so we will see. CJ, I will try to get all the info your looking for if you are still in need of it.

If you are going to be gunning on the St Lawrence River itself watch the rocks(I'd bring a spare prop/cotter pin-just in case).

Bring tubes(root beer,green) for the SM.

If you can find some Goby looking like lures buy them. A friend was fishing for smallies on St-Lawrence and every fish they caught was stuffed with them.

Best of luck up there. I know the goose hunting in late Sept. can be unreal up there. Any info you can get would be great.
