Goose dinner for sure

Nice morning out there today on the water. Only two other boats out there and no one was crowding anyone else. I managed to pull three geese out of a flock. Dropped one stone dead into the decoys.

Man I love eating goose. Of all of the wild birds I have ever put on the table, nothing beats a fat fall goose in my opinion.

Most often seasoned, fried, sliced thin. Sometimes I will cook it in a slow cooker, shred the meat and use it for sandwiches.
