Grumman Sport Boat with Sail

I am giving you guys a deep discounted first crack at this boat before i post it elsewhere. This is a barn find late 1960s boat with the sail package.
The Bad
no title
rib repair on two ribs(rivets replaced and caulked in a couple spots)
no wood on transom
dent in back top corner near transom top
missing support for lee boards(easily fabricated)
missing rudder
The Good
mast step, lee boards, sail, mast, boom, rudder pin attachment
Hull is in pretty good shape and was probably never used as a duck boat and has never been painted

I was just in Naperville this week, guess I should have checked on here while I was there.
